Maple Grove Estates

Neighbourhood Guide

Luxury lake living. That's what you're in for when you decide to live in Maple Grove Estates. This neighbourhood is actually located outside of city limits, 5 Kilometers South of Yorkton on Highway #9 (a 5 minute drive). The land itself was originally homesteaded by the Harris family in the late 1800's. The Harris family was a part of York Colony, the name for the group of families of which Yorkton was named after. Development began in 2013, and has since seen rapid growth. Over 75% of lots have been built on, with people moving in from all walks of life. Some are retirees, some are families and some are bachelors/bachelorettes.
